Our website orders are shipped via Australian Post, and our Warehouse Team is committed to ensuring you get your order as fast as possible. 

We hold stock both locally and offshore. All product pages indicate stock levels and stipulate whether it will be a 1-2 day dispatch for local stock, OR a 7-10 day dispatch for offshore stock. 

Orders received before 12pm, where all stock is available locally, will be dispatched the next business day. If your order is urgent, please call us (02 9517 2699), and we can better assist you with transit times.

Shipping Times:

NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS
Standard Post: 3-5 day delivery
Express Post: 1-2 days delivery

WA, NT
Standard Post: 5-7 day delivery
Express Post: 2-3 days delivery

Standard Shipping $12
Express Shipping $20

Free Shipping for orders over $230 within Australia. 

Orders with Embroidery:

For orders containing embroidery, alterations or special requests, please allow 7-10 days dispatch for locally stocked items and 12-14 days for offshore stock.  

New Zealand

Shipping Times:

All orders to New Zealand will need to clear NZ customs, the time this process takes can vary. Orders will be delivered to NZ customs in 2-3 days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost is based on the size of your order and is calculated at time of checkout.

International Orders

Chef Works Australia only delivers within Australia, New Zealand and Oceania. 

Chef Works can be found in over 90 countries around the world. If ordering from outside Australia or New Zealand, please refer to the Global Networks page on Chef Works USA’s website.
