HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1

    You need at least 3 items of the same style (SKU) and colour to place a new or repeat embroidery order. Sizes can vary.

  • STEP 2

    Click the ‘Personalise’ button on the product page and fill in the form.

  • STEP 3

    You'll receive an email with your embroidery proof for approval before we proceed with your order.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Embroidery
The MOQ is 3 items of the same style (SKU) and colour - sizes can vary

What products can I add embroidery to?
We can add embroidery to almost all of the Chef Works product range, as long as there is enough blank space between any pockets and seams. Please note that we cannot embroider over seams, and any embroidery on pockets will result in the pocket being permanently sewn closed.

How much does embroidery cost?
Name $12.50, Small Logo (80x40mm) $14.20, Medium Logo (110x70mm) $18.20, Large Logo (180x110mm) $22.90

Is there a logo set-up fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee of $65 applies for new logo orders. This fee is waived for future orders provided there are no changes to the artwork.

What fonts can I choose from for name embroidery
We have a selection of fonts to choose from, you will find these when you click on 'Personalise' on a product page.

How long does an embroidery order take?
Embroidery orders for locally stocked items will have a 7-10 day lead time for dispatch from our Sydney warehouse. If we need to draw the stock from offshore, it will be a 14-20 day dispatch.

Will I receive a design proof?
Yes, we will email you a mock-up of your embroidery for your approval.

What file format should I provide my logo?
A high res PDF or JPEG will be great

Do you do other forms of personalisation, like screen printing?
Yes we do, we can advise on what the best option is based on your requirements, please get in touch via the Personalisation form on the product you wish to add branding to.
