Returns

At Chef Works, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept the return of any un-embroidered, unused and non-altered item within 100 days of the original purchase date and issue a full refund. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) is required for all returns. Please login to your account and visit the Resolution Centre or email sales@chefworks.com.au to request a return.

T&C's of Returns

  1. The RMA must be written on the outside of the returned package.
  2. Please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, such as Australia Post, TNT or Fastway.
  3. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  4. Please include your original invoice inside the package with your RMA included on the invoice.
  5. All returns must include the original packaging and tags in a resealable condition.
  6. We will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use or wear, including but not limited to: 
    1. Alternations
    2. Laundering
    3. Odours, including smoke
    4. Pet hair
    5. Stains or other marks
  7. We only accept the return of items purchased directly from us; if you purchased through one of our distributor partners, please contact them for your return.
